Izumi Ohgami is Kagura's Japanese seiyuu. She works primarily as an announcer on Nihon TV.
Janyse Jaud is the voice of Kagura in the English-dubbed anime. Some of her previous roles include work on Ranma ½ as Hinako Ninomiya, Maison Ikkoku as Akemi Roppongi, and Mermaid's Scar as Misa. She also provides the voice for Kanna on InuYasha.
